What are trade schools?
A trade school (or vocational school) provides students with the job-specific education and skills they need to enter a particular career as a skilled tradesman. This allows trade schools to streamline the education process and focus solely on the hands on training necessary for an actual career.
What are the benefits of a trade school education?
Trade school educations are perfect for people who want to get the training they need to begin a new career, fast. Hands-on training and relevant instruction specifically related to what a student will be doing on the job, prepare students to begin working upon graduation.
A career in the trades is especially good for individuals who enjoy hands-on work. A tradesman is far more than just a construction worker or laborer. It is a real career requiring specialized training and certifications, just like becoming an engineer or a doctor.

How Much Does Trade School Cost?
The cost of attending trade school will vary depending upon the school you choose and the classes you enroll in. However, according to research done by The Simple Dollar we see that the average cost of a trade school degree is $33,000. Here at NATS we think that is a on the higher side. Our programs range in between $14,000 to $20,000. Unless you are considering a CDL program which has a different pricing structure.
